Qualification: BE/BTeh in Mechanical , Industrial, Chemical , Mining & Process Engineering.

Experience : 3 to 5 Years in Cement Plants/ Mining Projects

Job Description: Project planning, budget control, site supervision, technical oversight of mechanical systems installation, and communication with clients and stakeholders are among the main responsibilities of a mechanical project manager. They also oversee and manage all aspects of mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion, making sure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards by managing subcontractors, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and design specifications.

  • Principal Duties
    1. Planning and carrying out a project:
    2. Create thorough project plans that include budgets, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
    3. Control the project's scope, recognize possible hazards, and create plans to reduce them.
    4. Make sure mechanical systems are appropriately incorporated into the project as a whole by coordinating with design teams.
    5.Supervise the acquisition of supplies and machinery for mechanical systems.

Position : Manager- Sales ( Building Material) 

Qualification: BBA ,MCom, BA, BCom & etc. 

Experience : 3 to 5 Years in  Sales of Building Material. 

Job Description: Marketing management & Strategy , budget control, supervision, technical oversight of construction materials, communication with clients and stakeholders are among the main responsibilities Sales  manager. They also oversee and manage all aspects of civil engineering projects from inception to completion, making sure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards by managing agencies. Coordinating with  makers and users. Cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and design specifications.

  • Principal Duties
    1.  Sales planning, Market Identifications of construction material like Cement , Paint , M-sand and Aggregates.  
    2. Competitive Price analysis  among competitor. 
    3. Logistics and stokes/ warehouses management.
    4. Supervise  supplies  from the sources.

Position : Office Executive 

Qualification: BBA ,MCom, BA, BCom & etc. 

Experience : 3 to 5 Years in  Office Management of a Company. 

Job Description: Day to day work planning, meeting  scheduling, e-filling, letter drafting , staffing. Work on Microsoft Excel , Word,  Power  Point , Google Sheets Supervision. Tours and travels scheduling for the staff.  Coordinating with  makers and users, Cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with all governing laws.
